ALYSSA ferrigno, RN, BSN
Alyssa has more than 20 years of experience directly in the healthcare field. She spent the first part of her career working with the developmentally disabled and then transitioned into community health care, with a focus on care-coordination for the elderly, individuals with dementia, and community outreach. She started in private practice, eventually developing the division of the All Generations Care Management Program as Regional Vice President of Interim Healthcare. During that time she acquired specialized knowledge in Medicaid provided home care such as the Nursing Home Transition Diversion Waiver (NHTD), the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver (TBI) and Managed Long Term Care programs. She has been a member of G.R.A.P.E. (Greater Rochester Area Partnership for the Elderly) and continues to be active within the Parkinson’s Foundation, assisting with their fundraising and the Parkinson's Café.

Sarah is the newest member of our team, has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and more than a decade of experience in health administration. We can't wait to tell you more about her soon!
Layla Kuek, RN
Layla is a Registered Nurse with 20+ years of nursing experience working with the geriatric population. Having worked in Skilled Nursing Facilities as well as Home Care for the past 22 years, Layla has a knowledge and experience in caring for individuals across the continuum. Working for the local PACE (Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly) program, setting up home care services in the community to maintain independence has provided Layla a great knowledge of available community resources. Layla is also PRI and Screen certified, allowing her to facilitate admission to NYS Nursing Homes, when appropriate.
WENDY sidorenko, RN
Wendy is a Registered Nurse with eighteen years of nursing experience. She has worked with the developmentally disabled and traumatic brain injury populations, as well as supervising mental health patients and providing community health nursing. The majority of her career has been spent working with the geriatric population in a variety of settings. This experience has afforded Wendy an indispensable knowledge of the NYS Department of Health regulations as they pertain to admission and retention guidelines for Assisted, Enhanced and Memory Care living for seniors. This knowledge, along with her certification to complete the PRI and Screen forms required for admission to all NYS nursing homes, makes Wendy a valuable member of our team.
